Jam Camp Schedule

Some of the freestyle topics covered will include:

nailing-up for beginners, junior sessions, warm-up drills, stretches, yoga, connectivity, throws, nail delaying, setting, body rolls,  brushes, combos, mob-ops, pulls, and even more!

 

Some of the DDC topics covered include the rules, throws, tipping, calls, and lots more!

PLUS: most importantly, the schedule has blank time specifically for topics generated by the participants attending the Jam Camp!

Yes, we do listen to your needs.

Remember, the goal of Jam Camp is to "spread the jam" by helping you to learn what you need to know and to have fun while you are learning what you want to learn.
